My heart’s greatest longing is to support all parts of you

- your light and your shadow - in navigating through the various ebbs and flows that will undoubtedly unfold over the chapters of your life. I'm here to help liberate you from the cycles of pain and suffering, grief and sorrow, trauma and reactivity that are ever-present in our society today.

Let me be the first to remind you that there’s “nothing wrong” with you. You are not “broken.” Even if you are feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or trapped. It’s natural that at times we feel these ways as a response to life’s experiences. And there is a lot of evidence-based science that explains why we react or respond the way that we do.

Trauma - or anything that overwhelms your ability to cope - affects each and every one of us differently. Sometimes, you can get stuck repeating patterns of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, or behaviors that - at one point in your life - might have kept you safe.

 

However, those same survival strategies may be wreaking havoc on your life now. The struggle is, those parts of you that are repeating those old patterns, haven’t learned that it’s safe to respond to life in a different way.
