podFLOW 2

This class is set to music, dynamic and accessible, offering more challenging postures and variations based on fundamentals of yoga postures. Teachers bring their own creative element to podFLOW 2, resulting in diverse and inspiring classes. Each class focuses on proper alignment techniques and safe and intelligent sequencing progressions. 

Classes are set to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.

Sunrise - Invigorate

This one hour flow class will get you moving in the morning. This class is a flow style vinyasa class, but with a more gradual warm up to ease the body into opening in the morning. Start your day off right and feel right all day!

Community Meditation
(in person + Zoom)

Community Meditation is a free and non-denominational group that is intended to offer basic mindfulness meditation techniques to practitioners of all levels. Whether you are brand new to meditation or are an experienced meditator, this group is for you! The structure of this hour long practice is broken down into three segments. The first 15-minutes are guided, which may include mindful breathing, gentle movement, or another mindfulness exercise. Next, we will transition into a 30-minute silent meditation practice. Finally, the session is concluded with 15-minutes of what we lovingly call "chatting practice," to share about our experience and what may have come up for us during the previous practices.

Jivamukti Yoga

This is a unique form of vinyasa, rooted in traditional Yogic philosophy, incorporating ethical and spiritual components. Each class is infused with inspiring teachings derived from ancient Yogic texts, pranayama (breath worth), chanting, music, dynamic sequencing, meditation, and relaxation.
