DAY 1: SOFTENING
Living in the very fast-paced world that we do, we unintentionally often create patterns of tension that get stuck in our body, mind, heart, and spirit.
These patterns of tension create patterns in our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Sometimes these patterns support us, and other times these patterns can keep us stuck in limited cycles that no longer serve us.
In this lesson, we will begin to explore some of the places you may hold tension and ways you may soften around some of those patterns that are keeping you stuck.
DAY 2: GROUNDING
So often we live our lives from the neck up.
Focusing on all the things having to do with our mind - specifically, our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world.
In this lesson, we will begin to explore some of the different ways we can ground ourselves in the present moment and feel the physical support beneath us.
DAY 3: RESOURCING
Building off the two previous practices, in this lesson we will explore how we can utilize softening and grounding to help us resource, or more specifically, create stabilizing anchors of attention.
We will begin to expand our ability to shift our attention to more stabilizing places, by exploring different channels of perception.
The intention in this lesson is to discover various places (in our body, mind, heart, and spirit) that help us feel centered, calm, grounded, resourced, and anchored in the present moment.
DAY 4: MOVING
After we have been able to access a resource for our attention, we will now explore ways that we can move through any areas of tension in our body, mind, heart, and spirit.
As we begin to notice the various places that we get stuck, this lesson will focus on the different ways that we can move through that "stuck-ness" in order to discharge some of that built up energy in our nervous system.
DAY 5: TRACKING
In this final lesson, we will learn how to track sensation in our body.
Often, we have a very limited understanding and language around our felt sense experience.
This lesson will help us expand our awareness around the dynamic somatic landscape within our bodies.
