The Embodied Navigation Framework
Healing rarely happens in a straight line.
We don't heal by forcing change, pushing harder, or trying to become a better version of ourselves.
We heal by learning how to orient to where we are, map the terrain within us, and navigate life with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
Liberate Your Wild is built around the Embodied Navigation Framework—a trauma-informed process that helps you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change from the inside out.


Your 8-Week Journey
Liberate Your Wild is organized around four interconnected dimensions of your experience: Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit.
Throughout the journey, you'll create four maps of your inner world—each offering a different lens through which to understand yourself with greater awareness, compassion, and clarity.
Together, these maps form the foundation of the Embodied Navigation Framework, helping you move beyond survival patterns and into greater self-trust, authenticity, and freedom.


BODY: The Somatic Map
Create a personalized understanding of how your body responds to safety, stress, connection, and overwhelm. Through nervous system education, somatic awareness, and practical regulation tools, you'll begin building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

MIND: The Mental Map
Explore the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and protective parts that shape your inner world. Drawing from mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS), you'll develop greater self-understanding, compassion, and self-leadership.

HEART: The Relational Map
Understand the patterns that shape how you connect with yourself and others. Through attachment theory, emotional awareness, and relational practices, you'll cultivate greater authenticity, trust, and belonging.

SPIRIT: The Energetic Map
Reconnect with meaning, purpose, values, and the deeper currents that guide your life. Drawing from contemplative traditions, subtle body teachings, and nature-based wisdom, you'll explore what it means to live in alignment with what matters most.
Together, These Four Maps Become Your Compass.
By the end of Liberate Your Wild, you'll have developed a deeper understanding of your nervous system, your internal world of thoughts and feelings, your relational patterns, and your deeper sense of purpose and meaning.

Why I Created Liberate Your Wild
After years of supporting people through therapy, retreats, trainings, and courses, I noticed a common theme:
Many people understood themselves intellectually, but struggled to embody what they knew.
Liberate Your Wild was created to bridge that gap—bringing together nervous system education, somatic practices, mindfulness, parts work, attachment theory, and contemplative wisdom into one cohesive journey.
A journey designed to help people move beyond survival and reconnect with themselves.



Hi, I'm Dr. Keri Johnson.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, somatic trauma therapist, educator, Yoga teacher,
meditation and Breathwork guide, and lifelong student of what it means to be Human.
For nearly two decades, I've been studying, practicing, and teaching approaches that help people reconnect with themselves and cultivate greater healing, wholeness, and freedom. My work integrates nervous system science, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness, Yoga, Breathwork, and contemplative practices.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of individuals through counseling, workshops, retreats, trainings, courses, and community-based healing experiences.
I believe we are not broken.
I believe many of the struggles we experience make sense in the context of what we've lived through.
And I believe that when we learn how to listen to
the wisdom of our bodies, understand our
patterns with compassion, and reconnect with
what matters most, something begins to shift.
Liberate Your Wild was born from this understanding.
It is a synthesis of the teachings, practices, and experiences that have most profoundly shaped
my own life and the lives of the people I've had the
honor of walking alongside.
My hope is that this journey helps you remember what has always been there beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the survival patterns:

While Liberate Your Wild can be experienced entirely online, some transformations are nourished by gathering together in community.
As an optional add-on, you'll have the opportunity to join us for the 4th Annual Somatic Awakening Retreat—a four-day immersive experience designed to bring the teachings of Liberate Your Wild into lived, embodied practice.
Nestled on a beautiful private property in North Central Florida, this retreat invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of restoration, connection, and discovery. Together, we'll explore somatic healing practices, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, movement, nature connection, ritual, reflection, and authentic community.
Liberate Your Wild teaches the map.
The retreat gives you an opportunity to walk the territory.
There is something powerful that happens when we slow down enough to hear ourselves clearly. When we gather around a fire, share meals, move our bodies, breathe deeply, rest, and remember that healing was never meant to happen alone.
