A 3-month transformational journey for people ready to reconnect to their body, befriend their inner family, and release outdated survival patterns to reclaim their inherent worthiness and live with more courage, compassion, and authentic connection - with themselves, others, and the world.

Henry David Thoreau wrote, “In wildness is the preservation of the world,” pointing to a kind of inner freedom that lives beneath our conditioning — the instinctive, intuitive, creative force that animates our most authentic self. Yet over time, life teaches us to quiet that wildness: through survival patterns, inherited beliefs, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the subtle domestication of who we’re “allowed” to be. This program helps you unlearn that taming and remember the wild, worthy essence that has always been yours.

Implementing Dr. Keri's signature framework, over the course of three months, you’ll learn how to ORIENT to your internal landscape with the curiosity and compassion of someone rediscovering their own inner wild — the part of you that is instinctive, intuitive, and whole. You’ll begin to MAP the nervous system patterns and protective behaviors that have kept you operating from survival mode rather than from your grounded, authentic self. And you’ll practice NAVIGATING life from a more liberated state — one marked by resilience, integrity, connection, and the courage to live from your wild, undomesticated truth.

Consider the following...

When you live disconnected from your inner wild — shaped more by adaptation than authenticity — your entire system often bears the weight.

​in the BODY:

​

When the Body becomes domesticated, it often tightens, numbs, or shuts down, bracing itself against a world it no longer feels safe to fully experience.

​

  • chronic tension or bracing

  • shallow breathing and reduced vitality

  • numbness or inability to sense your needs

  • exhaustion from overriding your own signals

  • being stuck in survival mode (fight / flight / freeze / fawn)

  • difficulty resting, digesting, or feeling grounded

in the MIND:

​

​When the Mind becomes domesticated by fear, conditioning, or “shoulds,” it may feel more like a cage than a compass, and you may experience:​
 

  • persistent self-doubt

  • perfectionism or people-pleasing

  • overthinking or rumination

  • limiting beliefs around worthiness or identity

  • feeling disconnected from your own desires

  • difficulty making decisions

  • a sense of living life on autopilot

HERE ARE SOME OF THE POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES:

​in the HEART:

​

When the Heart is domesticated, it tries to stay safe by shrinking. This can lead to:

​

  • emotional numbness or overwhelm

  • inability to trust yourself or others

  • lack of intimacy or real connection

  • guarding, shutting down, or avoiding vulnerability

  • difficulty receiving love or support

  • loneliness even when not alone

​in the SPIRIT:

​

​When the Spirit becomes domesticated, it forgets its own spark, creating a sense of lack of purpose. This can look like:​

​

  • loss of meaning or purpose

  • feeling disconnected from intuition or inner truth

  • dimmed creativity or inspiration

  • forgetting the deeper “why” of your life

  • a sense of being separate from others and the world

in BODY:

A wild body honors its sensations, trusts its cues, and moves with a grounded confidence that comes from deep self-connection. It feels safe enough to soften, breathe, and inhabit itself fully again. â€‹â€‹

Liberated WiLd
in MIND:

A wild mind thinks with clarity rather than fear, staying curious and spacious enough to explore new possibilities. It lets go of old conditioning and inherited beliefs, trusts its inner knowing, and can hold paradox and perspective with ease.

Liberated WiLd
in HEART:

A wild heart is brave and open, allowing itself to feel fully without collapsing or

shutting down. It leads with compassion and integrity, holds vulnerability with clarity and boundaries, and remains attuned to authentic connection — with yourself and with others.

Liberated WiLd
in SPIRIT:

A wild spirit moves through the world with freedom and purpose, no longer dimming itself to stay acceptable. It expands into its authentic expression, guided by intuition, meaning, and a deep sense of belonging.

When your wild Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit begin to reawaken, something inside you shifts. You start moving through the world with more clarity, courage, and self-trust. You feel more like yourself — not the conditioned version shaped by survival or expectation, but the deeper, truer you beneath it all. This is the terrain where transformation becomes possible, where you remember your inherent worthiness, and where life begins to feel more alive, aligned, and your own again.

This program offers the space, guidance, and somatic practices to help that transformation take root. Together, we’ll explore the terrain of your inner world, gently uncovering the patterns that have kept you domesticated and illuminating the pathways back to your authentic, wild wholeness. Through breathwork, embodiment, nervous system mapping, and inner family tending, you’ll cultivate the resilience, clarity, and courage needed to move through life with
greater freedom and integrity.

MODULE 1:

Returning to the Body’s Wilderness

February 7. 2026  |  2:00-4:30pm

We begin by coming home to the wilderness of the body — the breath, sensations, and rhythms that reveal where safety, survival, and possibility live within you. Through polyvagal-informed practices, you’ll learn to recognize your patterns of activation and protection, gently softening domesticated responses and reconnecting with your instinctive aliveness.

MODULE 2:

Mapping the Wild Within

February 21. 2026  |  2:00-4:30pm

​

​Here, you begin to map the terrain of your inner world — thoughts, feelings, beliefs, somatic cues, and long-held survival patterns. You’ll learn to see the places where domestication has taken root and where your inner wild is asking to be remembered. These maps become the foundation for clarity, compassion, and transformation. 

This week will also include a longer Therapeutic Breathwork session to support your mapping process. Through intentional Breathwork, you’ll access deeper layers of your internal landscape, allowing insight, emotion, and intuition to rise from beneath the surface of your everyday awareness.

MODULE 3:

Meeting the Many Parts of

Your Wild Self

March 7. 2026  |  2:00-4:30pm

​In this module, you’ll meet the parts of you shaped by protection, pain, longing, and wisdom. Through somatic parts mapping, you’ll befriend your protectors, hear your exiles, and cultivate the Self-leadership that brings coherence, compassion, and inner freedom. This is where your inner family begins to consider trusting your wild, authentic Self-leadership again.

MODULE 4:

Navigating Your Inner Terrain with Wild Leadership

March 21. 2026  |  2:00-4:30pm

Here, you’ll learn to move through your inner world with clarity, capacity, and embodied Self-leadership. We’ll explore somatic tools for grounding, resourcing, boundary-setting, and co-regulation — helping you shift from old survival patterns into a more liberated, aligned way of being. This session also includes a longer Therapeutic Breathwork session in honor of the Spring Equinox, a potent seasonal threshold that invites renewal, rebirth, and the return of your inner wild. Through intentional Breathwork, you’ll release accumulated tension, unburden long-held emotional patterns, and awaken the instinctive wisdom within you — allowing what has been dormant to rise, soften, and come alive again.

MODULE 5:

Remembering What Your Wild Heart Values

April 4. 2026  |  2:00-4:30pm

​As your system softens and your wildness awakens, your values become clearer. In this module, you’ll reconnect with what truly matters — your integrity, your desires, your boundaries, your commitments, your truth. This clarity becomes your internal compass, guiding how you choose, lead, and belong in your life.

MODULE 6:

Liberating Your Wild

April 11. 2026  |  2:00-4:30pm

​Our final module anchors everything you’ve learned into the body, the breath, and the bones of your life. Through ritual, reflection, breathwork, and integration practices, you’ll embody the wild, worthy, authentic self you’ve reclaimed — carrying this inner leadership forward with courage, compassion, and grounded truth.
