A 6-week journey designed to give you a holistic map, helping you get deeply honest about your sense of self, purpose, and values and your place in the world.

Weaving together ancient Yogic Philosophy, Chakra Theory, and universal spiritual principles, to bring you a holistic program to nurture a resilient spirit.

Through these 6 weeks together, you will learn how to ORIENT to our own internal landscape of thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, understand how to MAP your patterns of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, and explore how to NAVIGATE the relationships with yourself, others, and the world from a place of vitality and a resilience.

  • The components of the Subtle Body - including chakras (and their corresponding elements), koshas (sheaths), and nadis (channels of energy)

  • Brené Brown’s Values Clarification practices

  • How to ORIENT to landscape of your subtle body, as well as their associated elements and relationships

  • Somatic tools and Breath practices to help you learn how to orient to your internal landscape of experiences
