Hello there, Dear Ones.
I wanted to take a moment and share a wholehearted THANK YOU for being here, for being YOU, and for showing up in this world.
This time of year reminds me of the importance of sharing my gratitude with others. So often we can get swept up in the unfolding of the chapters of our lives, that we can forget to let others know that we are thinking of them or are grateful for their presence in our lives.
I recently had an experience where individuals shared their appreciation of my presence in their lives. I was moved to tears by their sharing. Hearing how me showing up in my life with authenticity and courage, inspired them to believe in themselves and the ways they feel called to show up in the world.
This experience reminded me of how important it feels to receive other people's expressions of gratitude and love.
In the spirit of gratitude and love, I am sharing with you one of my favorite meditations - a guided gratitude meditation.
I actively practice gratitude daily, and I often turn to phrases from this meditation in my own daily practices.
