Hi, I’m Keri.
Before anything else, I want you to know this: you don’t have to have it all together to be here. You are welcome exactly as you are.
I’m a somatic trauma therapist and educator, and I’ve devoted my life work to creating spaces where people can finally put down the pressure to perform—and come back into relationship with themselves.
This work matters deeply to me because I’ve lived the patterns so many of my clients carry: over-functioning, pushing through, staying in my head while my body quietly held so much underneath. Somatic work helped me come home to myself, and it’s a privilege to now walk alongside others in that process.
My role isn’t to fix you.
It’s to hold a steady, supportive container where you can safely explore your inner world—with compassion, curiosity, and choice.

Nestled on 30 acres in the quiet landscape of Alachua County, Pareners Branch offers a peaceful, grounding space to slow down and reconnect. Surrounded by expansive farmland and natural beauty, this homestead becomes more than a location—it becomes part of the experience, gently supporting your nervous system in softening and settling.
During your stay, you’ll be nourished with thoughtfully prepared, plant-based meals by Ayurvedic chef Iraimer Ruiz, using local and organic ingredients to support your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Each day unfolds with intention—morning light, evening stillness, somatic practices, breathwork, movement, reflection, and spacious time to rest and integrate. This is a place where you don’t have to hold anything… you get to be held.
