Through these 6 weeks together, you will learn how to ORIENT to our own internal family, understand how to MAP your patterns of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, and explore how to NAVIGATE the relationships with yourself, others, and the world from a place of Self-Leadership and Wholehearted Living.

WEEK 1: ORIENTING TO INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEM

We’ll explore:

  • The Internal Family Systems Model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz

  • Different origin wounds that may influence your internal family system - Worthiness, Belonging, Prioritization, Trust, and Safety

  • Brené Brown’s 10 Guideposts to Wholehearted Living

  • How to ORIENT to landscape of your internal family system and the different “parts” of you

  • Somatic tools and Breath practices to help you learn how to orient to your internal landscape of experiences

  • A PDF workbook with journal prompts, practices, and invitations to help you integrate this material into your daily life

WEEK 2: LIVE Q&A SESSION

March 12. 2024  |  12-1:30pm EST

  • These group calls will be an opportunity to have your specific questions answered and workshopped in live time with me

  • Prior to this call, you will receive a Self-Reflection Questionnaire where you will will have the opportunity to ask me direct questions about the previous week’s content and how it applies to your own lived experience

WEEK 3: MAPPING YOUR INTERNAL FAMILY LANDSCAPE

We'll learn:

  • How to MAP out your internal family system, getting a better understanding of the thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors of the different “parts” of you

  • How these different parts show up in your relationships - with yourself, others, and the world

  • Begin to explore what your “Origin Wound(s)” might be and how that influences your whole internal landscape

  • New somatic tools and breath practices to help you learn how to orient to your internal landscape of experiences

  • A PDF workbook with journal prompts, practices, and invitations to help you integrate this material into your daily life

WEEK 4: LIVE Q&A SESSION

March 26. 2024  |  12-1:30pm EST

  • These group calls will be an opportunity to have your specific questions answered and workshopped in live time with me

  • Explore ways to let go of what no longer serves you in order to cultivate qualities for Wholehearted Living and Loving

  • Create a step-by-step Action Plan to help you feel confident in cultivating Wholehearted Self-Leadership in your life

  • New somatic tools and breath practices to help you learn how to navigate your internal landscape of experiences

  • A PDF workbook with journal prompts, practices, and invitations to help you integrate this material into your daily life

WEEK 6: FINAL LIVE

Q&A SESSION

April 9. 2024  |  12-1:30pm EST
